The price includes:

  • 13 nights in the hotels indicated or equivalent and American breakfasts (in the case of a very morning departure, the first breakfast may not be insured );
  • local Spanish-speaking guides for Pacaya, the mirador of the Santiaguito volcano and the day of walking from San Juan La Laguna (Pico Cristalina - Naso della cara maya);
  • transfers and transportation indicated in private vehicle with A / C, with Spanish-speaking driver;
  • transfers in private ships:
    - at Lake Atitlán the G4 (Panajachel - San Juan - Santiago - Panajachel),
    - during the Caraïbica part the G8 and G9 (from Puerto Barrios to Lívingston and from Lívingston à Río Dulce),
  • lunch with the Mayan family in San Juan La Laguna;

The price does not include (indicative prices, possible variations):

  • Arrival

    Welcome at the international airport. Transfer to Antigua (about 45 minutes). Night in the colonial city.Hotel: Quinta de las Flores (corredor room) 3 *

  • Colonial city of Antigua

    Visit with an Italian speaking guide (in the morning) of the city of Antigua, a true colonial jewel of Central America, classified by UNESCO as "World Heritage Site" (Capuchinas convent, Merced church, cathedral, etc.). Free afternoon to walk around the city. Night in Antigua.The center of the small town is less than a kilometer2, you can easily visit it on foot, therefore, there is no vehicle provided.Hotel: Quinta de las Flores (corredor room) 3 *

  • Pacaya Volcano

    Transfer to the Pacaya Volcano National Park. Walking, approaching the volcano (2500m) and observation of the active volcano. In the afternoon, road to Panajachel, a village located on the shore of Lake Atitlán. Overnight in Panajachel.Hotel: Posada Don Rodrigo (Antigua) 3 *

  • Lake Atitlán: Walk to San Juan La Laguna and Santiago village

    858/5000 Motorized boat from Panajachel to San Juan. Walk on a mountain called "la cara maya", a sacred place for the mayas from where to have magnificent views of the lake and its three volcanoes, Atitlán, Toliman and San Pedro and on the lake. Afterwards, lunch (included) with the Mayan family of the village. You can also discover textile workshops with natural dyes and paints called naive, with a bird's eye view. A local guide will meet you in San Juan La Laguna to take the walk with you. Motorized boat excursion. Free visit of this Mayan village tzutujil, rich in craftsmanship and traditions. Here we meet Maximón, the contemporary Mayan god. You can also visit the church, the village center and the village market full of handicrafts. Return to Panajachel by boat and second night in the village.Hotel: Posada Don Rodrigo (Antigua) 3 *

  • Market and city of Chichicastenango

    Transport (1h30 hour by car) and visit of the famous Chichicastenango market, the most colorful and lively in the country. The city is famous for the colors of its market, but also for the religious syncretism that can be observed. You can perhaps observe the missa and walk in the colored cemetery. For the people of "Chichi", the cemetery is a favorable place to communicate with supernatural beings. In the afternoon, transport to Quetzaltenango (2:15 hours by car), a city considered to be the capital of the plateau, named for its name. Maya "Xela" is located at 2300m above sea level. Night in Quetzaltenango.Hotel: Bonifaz 3 *

  • Walk "Mirador" del Santiaguito and georginas hot springs

    Early in the morning, (moderate level walk - 3.30 hours walk) pleasant walk with local guide (Hispanophone) to observe the eruptions of the Santiaguito volcano from the west flank of the Santa Maria volcano, at 2900m. Then, swim in the hot tubs of volcanic waters of the Georginas, on the side of the Zunil volcano, in the heart of a magnificent jungle located at high altitude. Transfer to Guatemala City (3:30 hours by car). Night in the Guatemalan capital.Hotel: Stofella 3 *

  • Archaeological site of Copán

    Transfer to Copán, Honduras (about 5 hours by car). Visit with an Italian speaking guide of the archaeological site, considered as the Athens of the Mayan world. Night in the village of Copán.Hotel: Marina 4 *

  • Archaeological site of Quiriguá and Garifuna village of Lívingston

    Return to Guatemala. Free visit to the archaeological site of Quiriguá, where the highest known stems of the Mayan world are located. In the afternoon, motorized boat from Puerto Barrios to Lívingston, a Black country of African and Amerindian slaves. Night in the village in a hotel with a large swimming pool facing the sea.Hotel: Villa Caribe 3 *

  • Río Dulce river

    3-hour motorized boat excursion on the calm waters of the Río Dulce to the fort of San Felipe Castle. During this excursion, you can admire the lush vegetation that covers the banks of the "sweet river". During the afternoon, transfer to the Peten region and night in a lodge in the Tikal national park to discover the magic of the place already (dinner included in the lodge)Hotel: Tikal Inn 2 *

  • Archaeological site of Tikal

    Visit with an Italian speaking guide of this ancient ceremonial center located in the heart of the tropical forest. Of all the Mayan sites, Tikal is undoubtedly the one that impresses visitors the most. The verticality of its structures emerges from the jungle, the magic of the sounds coming from this fairytale forest make us understand why Tikal continues, still today, to be the main sacred place of the Maya. In the afternoon, visit of the museums of the archaeological site. Second night in the lodge (dinner included).Hotel: Tikal Inn 2 *

  • Archaeological site and national park of Yaxhá and San Pedro Ambergris (Belize)

    Early in the morning, transfer to Yaxhá Nakum Naranjo National Park. Visit the Yaxhá website. Always little known, this magnificent site is currently, after that of Tikal, the best restored in the country. Transfer by private vehicle in Belize City to the pier. Then motorized boat (free) from Belize City to San Pedro Ambergris and overnight in your hotel. OR Transfer to Flores airport and flight to Belize City (with supplement for the flight from Belize City to San Pedro Ambergris). Then, second flight to get to San Pedro Ambergris.
